Checkout flow to buy Dead By Deadlight hacks and get access

First time buyer here. How do I buy and get access — do I get a key instantly after checkout, and where do I download from?

I also want to make sure I grab the full license and not the wrong product. Can someone link the right page so I do not get access to something I did not mean to buy?
